Andrew Schroth

 Trade and Customs Law

Andrew Schroth is the Managing Partner in the Hong Kong office of Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt LLP, a U.S. law firm specializing in Customs and International Trade law. 
Mr. Schroth has over 20 years experience in US trade law, concentrating in U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty actions and related WTO matters.  He also advises on issues relating to U.S. Customs law, including tariff classification, valuation (transfer pricing, first sale, agency and related programs), product origin and supply chain compliance. 
He also counsels on product and food safety and related issues before US government agencies (CPSC, FDA, USDA).   Mr. Schroth is a  Member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia bars; Customs & International Trade Bar Association; American Bar Association; Court of International Trade; Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and the Hong Kong Law Society.
